Souperlicious - Brampton

We thought the oxtail was really good. The curry goat was alright. However, the jerk chicken could have been improved.

I ordered 10 pounds of rice and 2 pieces of oxtail. I think you can do better, please.

The soup and porridge are truly outstanding; you can't get enough of them. This place is a hidden gem in Brampton.

The food here is consistently delicious. I really enjoy the Jerk bowl, though I wish they wouldn’t coat the meat in gravy; it would be better to serve the gravy on the side so customers can decide how much they want to use. Aside from that, the food is fantastic! My favorites are the red peas soup, curry goat, and peanut porridge. The dumplings are always outstanding, too. I’m not sure why the DoorDash app is showing pictures of Chinese dumplings; Jamaican dumplings are large and round, and that’s what they serve here, which can be misleading for those unfamiliar with Caribbean cuisine. Overall, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly, even during busy times. A big thank you to the owners and staff for their wonderful service!

I ordered Corn Soup and Chicken Soup through DoorDash and found large chunks of food in both, despite ordering soups, not curries. I called the restaurant, but they seemed unresponsive to my concerns, as if nothing was wrong. This experience isn't what I used to enjoy when I ordered from them. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who prefers smoother, blended textures in their soups. I just had to share this disappointing experience.
