Feedback gevenI wish I could give zero star. This had been the worst experience of my life with subway. I was a subway lover until this store ended it for me. I ordered subway online from their Subway mobile app, after 2 hours it still said “being prepared” on app. I had to call around 5-6 times to finally get my call picked, then she says we couldn’t get any driver yet for your food and said wait for couple minutes which looked like she made the food ready for pickup only when i called, then I called after sometime again and she said driver just took your order and it is on the way to you. Then after half an hour it wasn’t still here while the distance from subway to my house was only 900 m.. Then I called again and she says call doordash to track it bcz doordash driver took it, I called doordash and they said your order was given to wrong driver so it was cancelled, doordash said subway will refund you since your money is with subway. Subway never refunded it has been almost 10 days already.. I contacted subway and their owner emails me without a clue of what happened, that doordash will refund you 10 things wrong with this restaurant, i would like to say if y’all don’t know how to handle a restaurant then better shut it down instead of walking clueless and having your customers pay for your inability to work.. It's not consistent. Sometimes the subs are really good and sometimes...meh and dry. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
