Dreadful service in terms of how long it took them to acknowledge me. Took 12 minutes. I ordered a Boston cream donut. Shockingly, there was NO CREAM FILLING inside the donut. What I got was a plain donut with chocolate covering. Beware! This must be an attempt to cheap out on the cream filling. Quite disappointed ?
Visit this place if you want to know what bad customer service is ....staff in this location are the worst... it make me think as if they are even getting paid coz the way they act is as if they are not getting paid for the job that they do...(treat people how you would like to be treated.....)I don't go in to this place anymore..after long time went back in for a coffee and a crispy chicken, has got worse not any better. The employee brought the frozen bun out and put it in the microwave in front of me and made the sandwich and it took more than 10 mins. I ask the franchises owner to check the CCTV, employees seems to be talking than actually working. These employees don't need a job, give it to someone who actually need a job and want to work.
There is definitly some behaviour or cultural shift that might have happened in all Tim Hortons. The smile on the employees face has vanished. The professionalism has taken a dip. Food is the only thing that keep us visiting Tim however the atmosphere has a lot to improve upon.
