Tim Hortons - Brampton

Good location and good service, however the only two issues that I have with this TH are : (1) They never clean the tables. (2) they never ask if a customer wants to get the receipt or not (which is illegal in Canada as all businesses MUST offer their customers a receipt of their purchase). These people should understand that the receipt is a proof of purchase and allows the customers to check if their order was taken correctly and also absolves TH if a customer complains about the order etc. I hope during my next visit the staff is trained appropriately to not only SMILE but also ask the customer : Would you like a receipt? Staff was rude i ordered 1/2 dozen assorted donuts and girl in the evening shift packed my donuts and place beside order screen and she didnt inform that i putting your donuts beside screen i was looking where my donut was and it was very dissappointing that i found my donuts box beside order screen and the girl who packed didnt inform please train employee how tod customer service Service: 1

We visited last night around 10pm. The girl at the counter took our order but failed to deliver all items. We ordered multiple coffees, ice caps and timbits. She gave us half the order and ran. We called her back and she made excuses that she didn't charge for those items. When we proved to her that items were paid for she gave us cold coffee and ran away. Again we called her back to give us the rest of our order. When she did, we asked her why she was doing this, she said she was tired. This location needs a proper manager to deal with lazy employees and address such bad customer service. This was our worst experience in a tim Horton's and we are regulars. Zero customer service. Staff talking with each other instead of taking order.
