Union Burger - Brampton

We used a gift certificate from the company that runs these restaurants, and a few others, in response to a review I'd written of our experience at Crabby Joe's in Stratford.We had a couple of veggie burgers with a large fries and a Budweiser. The price of a beer is reasonable so this is a good place to go if you want a beer with a burger.The portions are ample so you won't leave hungry. That's a plus; however, the veggie burger is the same as we have purchased in the grocery store. So there's nothing distinctive to this veggie burger to associate with this restaurant's brand. I don't eat in restaurants much anymore. The reason for that is because it is too hard to control the sugar, salt, and fat in restaurant food. I use very little salt at home so I found this meal salty.Service also tends to be slow. My husband wanted an ice cream cone after the meal and went up to the counter but the service was so slow that he decided to forget about the cone and we left.

Better than the other fancy burger places but pricey for what you get. Topping were fresh and plentiful. The sitting area is spacious and clean. Washrooms are clean and there is lots of Parking.

I usually come here all the time, I ordered takeout. They barely put any toppings(paid for) gross cheese.

My very bad experience was almost at the beginning of this restaurant, The worst french fries in my life and the burnt-flavored hamburger

Great burger for a good price, I like the fact you can have a nice beer with your burger without paying too much. The location is a little of a pain to get too but the service is good.
