Feedback gevenThey know that you're going to their restaurant, so they seem to shrink the portions and charge more, feeling secure that you won't choose another place. I rarely visit and regret it every time I do.
I've been there a few times and decided to leave this review after my most recent experience. This time, Sue Dages, who is usually the sweetest lady, was her delightful self. However, before I even reached the second window, a young lady handed me my bag without a word and nearly threw it at me. I can't help but wonder what happened to the excellent customer service this location used to provide. I know this is one of the busiest fast-food spots in the city, and while I understand that can lead to frustrations, we should work as a team to ensure that all customers leave satisfied. It’s time to step up, McDonald's!
The only reason I visit this place is because of my grandchildren. the commands are constantly wrong. Today my last visit was. we drove through the drive at night and didn't know that they forgot until we came home. we stopped today and ordered something for our grandson and let them know about the missing people. I asked jose, the manager in the service if he could throw only one drink instead of the missing french. he refused to do it because I didn't call last night. I really want to try not to get back to this place, remember how a manager can get a customer unhappy about $1.
The workers who bring the food to pick up are very polite.
The only reason I visit this location is because of my grandkids. The orders are constantly wrong. Today was my last visit. We went through the drive thru late night and didn't realize they forgot fries until we got home. We stopped back in today and ordered something for our grandson and also let them know about the missing fries. I asked Jose, the manager on duty if he could just throw in a drink in place of the missing fries. He refused to do it because I didn't call last night. I really plan to try to not go back to this location. Mind blowing how a manager can let a customer leave unhappy over $1 drink.
