Feedback gevenFor some reason, this specific location in the mall never seems to have anything available at 5 PM, almost as if they’re already closed. There were three employees standing around doing nothing while there was a long line at the other location. It seems like common sense would dictate that more pretzels would lead to more profits. It’s hard to justify the situation when those three employees are just standing idly by.
The staff working today were incredibly kind, but they seemed visibly overworked and exhausted. I'm not sure if this is due to staffing shortages or something else, but if it is, the management needs to bring in some assistance! Having worked in customer service and the food industry for over eight years, I can easily recognize when employees are stretched too thin. They looked stressed, tired, and worn out. I understand that running a business is challenging, but it's important to be a better employer and take care of your team. Don’t leave them to struggle on their own. They are the foundation of your business and the reason you have a paycheck. Treat them with respect and integrity, and they will reciprocate by taking care of you.
Auntie Anne's is a quintessential American experience and a contemporary gem. Whether you indulge in Cinnamon pretzel bites alongside a refreshing Lemonade slushie or savor an Almond pretzel, which happens to be my personal favorite, you definitely won’t be disappointed!
I think I came in 12/14 but the heavier set lady with glasses gave me an attitude because I wanted a regular sized cup instead of a large saying it was only .50 cents difference but I knew I couldn?t finish a large. The worst attitude ever, honestlyshouldn?t be working in customer service I hope she has better days than this one because that was not it. Will not be goingback if she?s working but I hear all the employees are like this.
I always go here on my lunch break. Today around 7:40pm I went to get some pretzels (without knowing they closed at 6) and I walked up, and the staff just stared at me, I asked if I could place an order, and then the heavier set African American woman ,didn't get name, with curly hair and a white hat, was extremely rude , and told me they were closed with a horrible attitude. Isaid I'm sorry and didn't realize that. , and she mumbled something under her breath as I walked away. Not happy
