Boston Market - Brandon

I used to like to come to this restaurant as it was a quick way to get a good meal, for a reasonable price. However, since time has taken a nasal dive both on the quality of food and certainly the quality of the service. The food is simply not the same, either over cooked or just burned, which if you don't pay attention to ruin your meal when you take it home. The service is just as terrible. How often is it acceptable to tell the person behind the counter that a meal is to go? Three times? Four? Six? Eight? At some point it becomes annoying, even more so if an order has to be repeated so often. Tldr: Food is no longer good, service equally bad. Just go to a formal restaurant.

My man and I order our dinner tonight. he got her spicy chicken bugges big combo and I got the 1/2 meat combination. the nuggets were dry and tasty. also he didn't get 12 in the number. I received very dry rice along with maisbrot, which tasted like cake, which did not taste like maisbrot. we will not order from the boston market again. ?

The staff was very friendly, and the service was fast, but don?t understand why eating was so cold, extremely cold, which looks old and not appetizing. I ordered a family meal, portions were good, but I can't eat my food cold. so disappointed.

I love Boston Market! There used to be one in my town, but unfortunately it's closed. Did the meat leaflets, framed spinach and sweet potato casserole. The food was great, just like a home dish! My only complaint is that the price has risen... like everything else.

Chicken always tastes great... but recently the chicken seems to be much smaller. The mixed veggies are terrible. The mashed potatoes are very good... so, they have some quality and quantity issues. But, I still enjoy the chicken.
