Feedback geven25 minute wait for wings when we were only ones in drive thru, so figured loaded fries but they were out ? went with regular fries
I ordered food here with my family in the drive-thru. I had asked for a receipt told the girl thank you. She didn 't say anything. Another girl comes and just handed me my food she also didn 't say anything. So I sat there not knowing if that was all of our food since I ordered a lot. The first rude employee opens the window and I asked if that was all of our food. She said yes and I said oh I didn 't know because the other girl didn 't say anything. I was going to pull away and was told by my daughter that the girl waved obviously trying to be rude not friendly. I then asked the first rude employee if I can have the employees name. She said no. She asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I said yes. The manager comes over looking annoyed and/or stressed and asked me what is the problem. I asked her for the employee 's name who waved and she said it was Brianna. I told her that Brianna needs to learn how to speak with people. I work in customer service and I am nice even to the customers who are not friendly at all. I was never rude to these employees. I was frustrated because I am tired of spending money at places where the customer service is so poor. If people don 't like their jobs then they should quit. I was literally ready to pull off, but she was being rude by waving and being sarcastic instead of apologizing. I will not be returning back to this location. It isn 't that hard to say, you 're welcome and have a nice day.

We were nearby the store I decided to get lunch. The food is excellent mom and I love your French fries the best
