Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Brandon

I went to this restaurant for lunch and it was quite busy. I arrived at 12:35 and unfortunately they were out of pasta without cheese sticks/bread sticks. The only options available were pizza, all of which had black olives on them. The salad bar was half empty and no new items were added, except for yet another pizza with black olives. I ended up paying nearly $30 for myself and my coworkers, which wasn't a big deal. However, I wish the server had informed me that they were no longer serving the buffet. They could have offered alternative options for us to order. I felt deceived as I did not receive what I paid for.

At 12:30 every table not occupied was piled high with dirty dishes, a total of 23 tables (5 occupied) with one employee tasked with cleaning. So, I bussed my own table, got my own silverware, and ranch for the wings I?d ordered, wondering why I?d bothered to add a tip to my credit card receipt at the register. There was no artificial sweetener for the tea, and when I asked the manager for some, he said they were having supply chain issues. I asked if he couldn?t solve that problem by making a grocery run, but he explained that individual packets of artificial sweetener are not available for purchase at the local stores, even though I know I can buy pink, blue, and yellow sweetener at several stores within a five mile radius of this Mazzios. Very disappointing visit, and my last.

We go there regularly, every week or two. The staff is nice and usually pretty attentive. The food arrives at our table hot and fresh and delicious. I love the old style Italian sausage that many other pizzerias have stopped having. We have been going to Mazzio's since I was a teen in Clinton...I am much older than teen, my kids aren't even teens. LOL I love this place! Keep up the good work.

Not only was our pizza delicious but the service was amazing!! The lady that took our order had the best attitude so polite and seemed happy to be happy working there. Will definitely be coming back !

Place is not friendly. Will not honor coupons. They said we could only use one, but nowhere was it stated that there was a limit of one. Physical location is greasy and unclean. It also took almost an hour to make the pizza. Stay away at all costs.
