Feedback gevenDefinitely use the McDonald’s app if you visit this place. You’ll find more Deals there (like buy one particular sandwich, get one free) than in the restaurant or drive thru. I used one today to get 20% off my order. Deals change from time to time. You also earn points towards free food. As for the food well it’s McFood, but at least you know what to expect. I like some breakfast sandwiches like Sausage Egg McMuffin, Hash Brown, the coffee is pretty good, as is the breakfast platter. I use the app to order ahead and then use the drive thru, although sometimes I’ll go inside if there’s a line.
It was great. Food was tasty fresh. The service was ok, nothing extraordinary but they were polite and helped when I needed it. 1 negative note: I ordered a lg. caramel iced coffee it was like pure caramel syrup! It was inedible. But I immediately brought it back to the cashier and she promptly made me a new 1!
I wasn't there, but it wasn't fair to give them a bad rating. We wanted lunch after our Costco trip, but this place does not allow to eat yet! We really don't like eating in our car, so did we have to go to the competition on the street???
I ordered my food at 6:58 a.m., was asked to go to the parking lot 1 and bring them to me. I literally sat there for over 30 minutes and nobody came out while tons of cars get their food and people in and out of the lobby. I went in and told the checkout I? ve waited for over 30 minutes outside and she answered ?ok?, rolled her eyes and went to the Fry Station and began with another worker who looked at me twice as she continued to conversate. I spent another 5 minutes in the lobby they looked at me to tell me they were with me. Finally, I asked for a refund of Connie and the complaint number to which I received a very low slime? I'm sorry they're open tomorrow at 8:00? No attempt to solve, no idea why I'm still waiting, NOTHING! This must be the worst location for Caspers Company because I have treated NIE this in another of their businesses. We got cold food after we waited a few days ago. She? ve even loaded my mobile app order and I waited for over 20 minutes to get the order back and try to find out what they did with the other while I was still in front of the window. This place is HORRIBLE. We need a new Franchisee to open one!
I placed a mobile order, got a confirmation email, came there and the blonde manager who was on 2. November at 19:30, told me that the order did not go thru and there is nothing they could do. I went next to Steak and Shake and ordered successfully
