Sonic Drive-in - Brandon

I ordered take out from this location last night (May 30). The ordering process went rather smoothly and got it in a timely manner. However, when the carhop brought it out, we didn’t have a drink carrier (I guess he figured we would hold all the drinks between the two of us). Luckily my car had built in cup holders for two of the drinks. My daughter held the other one. When I got home the food wasn’t hot but cold. The fries and tater tots tasted like they were cooked yesterday. I’m disappointed and was to surprised that we didn’t have any ketchup packets. Please do better with customer service and food prep. I guess I’ll just head to McDonald’s or the reservoir location from now on.

If someone put a gun to my head and told me to go somewhere where I know they’re gonna get my order wrong. This is where I’d go.

Was traveling from Georgia to Texas and stopped at this Sonic for a breakfast burrito and drink.First parking spot I parked in the ordering machine did not work so I had to relocate.When I got my food it was cold there was no sausage in my burrito. The eggs look like they had been sitting for hours and my tater tots were dripping oil.Horrible food do not eat here!

I had the ultimate meat and cheese burrito and it absolutely SUCKED

I LOVE there food. I would always get the foot long hotdog for like 5 moths (I barley go to sonic) But recently I've been getting the number 2 the double cheeseburger I LOVE it. I would highly recommend eating here.
