Good customer service I love going to Subway one of my favorite fast food places

This was a disappointment. No one at the counter for approximately 5 minutes. I walked around looking for someone. No napkins ever! I have been to other locations and this franchise in Brandon needs help.....a lot of help.

Ordered a curbside pickup for my boyfriend and I. The subs were not toasted when we asked them to be. Super soggy, never put the rest of the meat on the “Beast” sub and only single cheese. I don’t think we will ever be back here. After us having a very long and busy day we are very disappointed. I grew up in Brandon and I’m ashamed of this subway. The only good part about this was my sandwich was cut how I asked and Joey was respectful to us.

Ordered online, sandwiches were ready and waiting for me when I got there. Easy in and out, and staff were friendly too. Sandwiches were good also. Good experience. ?

This Subway location makes poorly made subs. They put very little meat and cheese on the subs so get all bread and veggies and they don't even put enough veggies on them. Avoid going there for a sub! Drive the extra 10 minutes to Pittsford Mobil Subway and get a really good made Sub!!!
