The bartender we had last night (October 23) — I think her name was Emma — was absolutely fantastic. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 30-minute wait, but somehow we were seated right away. We decided to sit at the bar, and Emma was incredibly quick and friendly, making us feel welcome rather than like an inconvenience! She really transformed the experience, especially for my friend, who can be quite hard to please!

So beautiful to have pasta that is cooked perfectly every time. most of the time are correct resistance, but always full of taste. would take a dry thick sauce over a running gland every day. please bring back the gigantico spaghetti and meatballs. good price plus portion corresponds to happy chicks. Go on!

Placed a simple order for take out. They sent another families order. We called them and they said our order was sitting on their counter. They told us they would not deliver as that was not their job. We asked for a refund as we did not get our order. Again they said it was not their responsibility. So not only did we not get our food, they didn't refund our money.

Me and my partner ordered take out from east side marios. When we initially put in our order we were trying to order items that were no longer on the menu or were American. But the menu I pulled up online didn't state it was American or out of date so that was confusing. So the appetizers we wanted weren't available and the person on the phone wasn't that friendly or helpful with finding another option so we decided against it. First red flag. We then decided on two other pasta dishes that came with free loafs of bread. My partners pasta dish was very spicy and didn't taste very good the quality of the food was similar to what you get when you buy TV dinners from the store. But at double the price. My dish was similar in quality it just seems like it was produced in a factory at mass. The loafs of bread were solid,thick,hard, no seasoning and unflavourful. They were comparable to bricks. Honestly the worst experience I've had with a restaurant mostly due to the quality of food. My partner only ate like 5 bits of his dish and threw it away because it just was so unappealing and unediable. I don't usually leave comments like this but it was a terrible experience and a waste of 50$.

Our first time coming to this place for supper. First thought upon entering the restaurant was, why is there only 2 other people eating here at 7pm? Service was quick and friendly. I ordered the grilled chicken caesar salad. The chicken was severely charred and it was full of black dirt from the grill. It even smelled burnt. The waitress said that it's always served like that! At least the waitress was kind enough to take the chicken off my bill, but still charged me for the salad. At least the salad was crisp, tasteless but crisp. Had to add fresh parmesan for flavour. She offered to have the chicken redone, but I was grossed out and didn't want a replacement. Besides, I dont trust food coming out of the kitchen after refusing it. My hubby ordered sausage penne dish. He expected it to be spicey, but not that spicey. He didn't even eat half of it because he was burning up! No wonder the restaurant was empty! We won't be going back there! Wish I could add the picture I took of the chicken that came out of that kitchen! Oct 12,2022 update. I filled out the form and still no resolution to our bad experience
