Prairie Firehouse Restaurant - Brandon

Great spot! Had stuffed mushrooms, chorizo nachos and smoked beet salad.

We went to this restaurant on June 7, 2017It was a beautiful day, so we sat on the patio.

Went in for a late lunch on a Monday, excited to see the old firehouseSeated quickly, then ordered drinks.

Such a cool place. The food was terrific and nice that when we got our food it was hot. This does not happen often. Everything was really tasty. Our waitress took time to tell us about the history of the restaurant. It would be nice if the décor was more `firehouse` related seeing it was an old firehouse.

We were seated. Waited 10 min for server. She walked by a few times. Not even an offer of a drink. 5 more minutes passed. Ok that's it. Went to Chili Chutney. Service is better. The firehouse has a nice layout and I love the music and patio. Nice urban touch but improve the service. You must at least make contact within 5-10 min. I will try one more time but I've heard there was time/service issues
