Arcade Hostel Hamburg

Warm attention, excellent rooms, cleaning. Location is perfect. We were happy in this hotel. Congratulations!!

Good price, very accessible area, easy to reach city center, helpful staff.

Good value basic room, clean, good quality towels and be linen, comfortable mattress. If travelling by public transport, good bus options during daytime, but 15 min walk to S-bahn in the evening. Easy automated check-in. Reception not staffed 24 hours but receptionist helpful, was able to borrow an iron and ironing board.

UK tourist: Booked this for a concert at the Barclays arena. Was a bit worried about it being a hostel but got an en suite and I'm impressed! Very clean, contactless (and therefore English-speaking) checkin from a machine outside. Located close to Stellingen tram Station, Hamburg is only 25 mins away. And the local town Eimsbüttel is great! There's a lidl and aldi nearby for snacks but mcdonalds isn't far away either. Perfect location imo. Only reason for -1* is that it's a dreaded double room with 2 single beds pushed together which isn't the best. However, the beds are comfortable and a good base for exploring! I'd stay here again, very good price for what we got honestly.
