Dunkin' - Branford

Went in to use bathroom then get food and drink. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes never got helped so I left.

I only use this location for convenience. I recently stopped purchasing.

I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. It was some lady and I don’t know her name but she was very rude. Other than that the dunkin is OK.

Love Dunkin' but today not so much--Memorial Day. Ordered two bacon, egg, cheese sandwiches on croissants. They were ready instantly. Arrived home, opened the bags, found two flat, cold, stale sandwiches. Appears the sandwiches were cooked and bagged earlier in readiness for orders. Not a good idea.
