Auntie Anne's - Branson

Food was ok. But the staff was very nice and friendly and the place was clean and pretty quiet

Got some pretzels after 7pm and they tasted like they were sitting there all day was the worst pretzels and one of my kids puked a couple hours later.

The person on the counter was totally new had no idea what I was asking for and I had to repeat multiple times. I was getting frustrated but I got that she was new so I was being patience. So she asked the guy next to her what I was asking for and he gotit for her and practically just threw it in front of me on the dirty counter and again I asked the lady I wanted two please andthe guy gets it for her again and he does it again throwing it but this time I knew he might so I caught it before hitting thecounter. At the end she's like would you like a bag after I ordered 6 things ???? yes I want bag. They should of took my orderand place everything in a bag then hand me my order. That's how they do it in ever Auntie Anne's I've been to. I get she islearning but she had no idea about the menu. They should of had some one there to help train her not leave her alone at thecounter if shes new. Not everyone will be as patience as I was. All around it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Good pretzels they have original nuggets ,Cinnabon sugar nuggets ,mini dogs , pretzel salty and unsalted ,lemonades and coffees they even have cinnabons here .

Pretzels are good, but the service is horrible. Second time here in a month and all of the employees are rude especially the cash register guy. He also refuses to listen to what you are saying and just all around lacks customer service.
