I really enjoyed the shakes, brandies, and onion rings at this restaurant. The cherry shake had delicious chunks of fruit in it. The burgers were tasty and very large. I was so hungry that I ordered a double cheeseburger, not realizing that the patties were almost half a pound each - I could barely finish it all!
Delicious!! This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is excellent, and the food is top-notch. Our servers were fantastic. I originally planned on getting a double cheeseburger, but our server recommended that each patty is half a pound of beef. I ended up getting a cheeseburger and fries instead. The kids ordered chicken fingers, fries, and shakes, which were all delicious as well. I really enjoyed my lunch here, even though it can get busy at times, it just adds to the charm of the place.
This is a go-to spot in Branson if you want a big burger and flavorful cherry lime. If you want to order anything else besides their mammoth burgers, you are doing it wrong. The Blackberry Kbbler is delicious. But I don't recommend the fried cakes, they're good but don't measure up to fried cakes I've had elsewhere. Cards are not accepted here, their cash or just a check.
Stopped by because this place was highly reviewed. I was disappointed to find the ice cream was coming out of a soft serve machine vs scoops. It had a great old school diner look and feel right up til then. My brother and I both got shakes which were as good as about any other soft serve shake and a fried pie which I wasn't impressed with. About $12 for it which is reasonable. I'd go back for another try but wouldn't rush to do so.
