Chili's Grill - Branson

The baby back ribs were really good. Chicken salad was ok. Server brought drinks to other people that arrived after us before she brought ours out. Changing my review to 5 stars. Service today was excellent. Had salads and chicken wings. Last 2 times Iwent here the service wasn't good. Went back today and we were the first ones in to be seated. Our server didn't come out rightaway. All tables except mine and the 2 next to me were all waited on and had drinks. Our server finally took our drink ordersalong with the other 2 table next to me. Our server took another 5 minutes to bring the drinks and then he went to another tableto take an order. At that point, I decided to leave. I will not be back to this location.

Picked up dinner here when we got into town fairly late on our road trip. It was nice to take a break from fast food! We enjoyed the Cajun pasta which could have had a bit more chicken. We got chicken tenders for the kids and those were very good. Asalways, chili's strawberry lemonade is unmatched.

I just picked up a to go order and I finally went inside after waiting 25 minutes. Manager would not even talk to me. After another 15 minutes I was given these two items. The nachos and fried chicken had been sitting over 30 minutes. Chicken soggy andorder was incorrect. Got corn instead of mashed potatoes. Nachos burned so badly can?t eat them. Called to speak with managerand no one came to phone! They charged me for food that was gross and inedible. They don?t deserve a 1 star. Don?t eat at thisrestaurant. Seriously!! Very disappointed as a rewards member!

We ate super early (3pm), upon entering an almost empty restaurant we were asked to wait 5 minutes (lady never came back). Eventually we were seated but the server didn't great us for about 10 minutes. (Again not a busy restaurant) we ordered our foodand drinks all at once and everything seemed to be fine. Then our food came chicken strips....cold. Ribs .....warmed inmicrowave but still cold. Cheeseburger..... so overdone it was crispy. Best thing we ate were French fries. We also ordered acocktail that we watched sit at the bar almost the entire time we were eating, it arrived watered down and sticky from the sugarmelting off the rim. 0/10 will not be going back.

I went here last night with my sister. We were both really hungry after an afternoon shopping trip. We went into Chili's and firstly we were seated fairly quick. But they sat us in a small booth and the spotlight from the ceiling above this booth wasliterally right in our faces. It made sitting there very uncomfortable. I didn't want to ask for another seat as they werepretty busy, but going back now I would have. The server was nice. You could tell they were understaffed because he was goinghere there a everywhere. We ordered an appetizer and it was good. But when our plates came I was VERY disappointed. My plate wasliterally COLD! None of the food was the slightest bit hot. You could tell it had been sitting a while. I got the serversattention and told him the issue. He got the manager over there and I told him what was up. He asked if I wanted it remade and Isaid NO. Then he asked if I wanted it comped and I said yes. I told them to take the food as I was no longer interested ineating cold food that had been sitting who knows how long. The manager didn't even apologize. My sister ate her food but shesaid the portions were too small for what the price was and her food was over salted. We also ordered 2 burgers to go andneither one of our spouses liked them! They both said they were undercooked. I will say say server did come back and apologizefor the cold food and I appreciate that. But because of my experience and the fact that there are so many other restaurants inBranson I will NOT go back.
