Pizza Hut - Branson

I ordered a meatlovers thin crust extra cheese black olives and green peppers what I got was an over cooked plain meat lovers pizza. And then I tried repeatedly for three hours to call the store at branson hills parkway branson missouri 65616 and NEVER got an answer. Very disappointed in this. Very upset

They forgot my sauces for my big box. no icing or marinara for my breadsticks.

Three of the four items we ordered were over cooked to the point of not edible. It took 30 minutes beyond the time stated to recieve my order.

This location is a joke and the manager needs to get a different job because he’s clearly not competent at his. We used to order pizza multiple times per month from this location and will never order from here again after our poor customer experience tonight. No other pizza place on the planet could screw up one medium pepperoni mushroom pizza and the manager didn’t even apologize. Wasted 25 minutes waiting for pizza, lo and behold, they gave it to someone else for free and tried to request that I wait even longer. Save your time and go to Pizza by the Slice, Rocco’s, Hook and Ladder, or even Papa Johns.

Just got back from picking up my pizza and it was so hard and overcooked that me and my family can’t eat dinner. tried calling them and not getting an answer worst service ever
