Feedback gevenOrder pizza online was in the time it indicated. everything in the order was right and decent. strange that it doesn't show food, so I thought it was just a pick-up/stop place. when picking up the pizza I noticed that they have made seats available but glued. it seemed to be a few people sitting in the opposite, but they didn't eat. has to be closed for kovid? good experience for me.
That is the world we live in these days. I asked if I could use the toilet room while I wait for my pizza to be finished, I say no and that I have to wait outside until my order is finished. so it is perfectly acceptable that their customers stand in the cold while waiting to finish their pizza. whatever happened to a thing called customer service. I'm a bartender local restaurant and I can tell them what if they want to sit on the bar and have a drink and use our toilet room while waiting for them to go to 100%. it is obviously not for coviding reasons because I see that two other people sitting there in chairs are not, but a foot apart, whether they are vanquished or not they are not masks on and do not seem worried about kovid or do some of their coworkers. So again, something on pizza hat that I stand out while you finish my order. I will not be back to this place.
If I could give this place, I and I would be quite forgiven in the way. calls to order during the journey to the location. manager bellie stopped me for 10 minutes waiting for order. we'll arrive before they even pick up again. when we go in, pick them up. I told them we were here to order. they said they hadn't commanded anyone. customer service not available at this location.
I ordered about $70 to eat. was through the app and after tracking as it said delivery was on the way. 2 hours later 9:30 a.m. I called and they told me they didn't deliver to my hotel. all 7 of us including my children in the ages of 1.5 and 8 were really hungry. the person on the phone said she forgot to call me because she's busy. to accuse the app. I asked for her supervisory number and was suspended. o called back to get their names and superiors and was told that they could not give me these information on the phone. they only said they would call. I have no refund yet. that is the worst experience I have ever had and wished to fire incompetent people in this load. one thing messes me up, another fucks my kids and money.
7pm on Sunday evening refused to take my order until the back log was cleared, approximately 1 hour. Can't imagine how much business was lost during that time, I didn't go back.
