Bbq - Brant Canada

Went for the first time tonight, it wasn't busy even though it's $1 wing day! We had to test it all!! We got brisket, chicken wings, ribs, pulled pork, mac and cheese and beans. The mac and cheese was spectacular, the best I've had in a restaurant. The pulled pork was delicious and the meat fell right off the ribs they were so tender and loaded with flavour. The chicken wings were amazing! No pigeon wings here. I ordered the Garlic Parm sauce but felt it lacked something and let the waitress know, she offered to make a new batch with a different sauce, oustanding hospitality. I personally felt the brisket was a little salty, but the bbq sauce helped. The service was top tier, they really do hear to their customers. I love supporting local establishments and BBQ doesn't disappoint. Could the portions be a bit bigger? Sure. But is it tasty and is the service warm and friendly? Definitely. A few suggestions though, from a general customer service standpoint: 1. Get your hours fixed on Google maps. They don't coincide with your actual hours of operation whatsoever. 2. Make your menu available online, aside from directing people to Facebook. 3. Try to anticipate what sells and what doesn't so that you're not having to apologize for being out of certain items on the menu after people have decided what they want and place their orders. I understand these suggestions are harder to implement for a very small business like yours, but these are the things that will keep people coming back or drive them away so I do think it's worth consideration. Is this place still open? I walked by last night and it was closed. The website said open until 1:30am. I left a voicemail and haven't heard back from anyone. Just wanted to inquire.
