Fresh Burrito - Brantford

For your typical fast food restaurant this place is simply joyful food. The portion size was above expectations and I felt like the money spent was well worth it. Everything tasted fresh and not overly saucy so I could taste the individual ingredients. Will be back.

I always get the best customer service here whenever I pop over from my Lunch break. I don?t remember his name but he is a full timer there, he?s always very welcoming and remembers my usual order. When will Fresh Burrito get loyalty cards?! I?d fill that up fast! I?m sorry I couldn?t give a direct shout out to the worker there.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly welcoming and genuinely happy to assist you, going above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. The Fry Supreme is absolutely amazing (I ordered it without corn or tomatoes) and offers a great portion for the price. The only improvement I would suggest is to add more cheese to the quesadilla. I was surprised by the small amount, but it was still delicious!

Rohan was incredibly humble and polite, welcoming us with a smile. He has embarked on a new venture and is running everything by himself, so I encourage you to support him by visiting this restaurant. I stopped by on a whim and was very pleased with my experience. Thank you!

The burritos at this place are quite good—definitely better than most other burrito spots. However, the online ordering experience has been the absolute worst I’ve ever faced! I've dealt with double charges and orders that wouldn’t go through, among other issues. I’ve tried ordering using both the website and the app, and I've encountered problems each time. Other burrito places don’t create this much frustration when it comes to online orders. I’d recommend being cautious if you plan to order online here. It’s probably better to just walk in and place your order at the counter. I really enjoy the food—true to the restaurant’s name, it’s very fresh. But because of the hassles with online ordering, I can't quite give it 5 stars (yet).
