Pizza Pizza - Brantford

Placed a mobile order. Plenty of parking since its in a strip plaza. Food was ready in time. Instructions were followed as requested by staff.Food was okay. However my concern is the staff member. As soon as he saw me near the counter he inquired with simple question which is “take out?”. Then he headed back to check on my order as soon as I said yes. When he handed over my order, I said thank you. He didn’t reply. Just went to attend next customer. I requested for two paper plates, he replied “they don’t have it” And continued with the customer he was taking order from. No apology or attempt to accommodate the customer. I felt that he needs to be retrained for customer service.For the franchise right holder of this location, please kindly ensure you have sufficient supply of items if you are operating a business in service industry.Vegetarian options: Plenty toppings to choose.

The pizza is absolutely delicious the crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh. I’ve tried several different pizzas on their menu, and each one has been a delightful experience. The service is top notch as well; the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to accommodate special requests. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great place for both casual dining and special occasions. If you’re a pizza lover, this is a must visit spot. I keep coming back for more and can’t recommend it enough! A guy named FG is a great pizza maker ever!!

FG at the Fairview location is always friendly and always makes a quality pizza! He’s part of the reason I continue to return. The spicy Italian sausage topping is awesome! The rest of the staff is speedy and seem to be friendly when I pick up. I’ve yet to have any issues with this particular location! Keep it up ??

Food was terrible today, panzarotti was super dry, no sauce inside and small amount of toppings, onion rings were undercooked and soggy gave me gut rot!UPDATE, after throwing up my food I contacted pizza pizza, they called me back and gave me a $10 off on my next order. Really??? Like I'm Ever going to eat there again...never! they would not give me my money back so now I have to dispute it on my credit card.Don't eat here!

We ordered an extra-large vegetarian pizza with extra cheese and it was so flavorless. I didn't like it at all. We have ordered the same pizza from pizza pizza a lot of times but this was the first time I ordered from this branch and not from Colborne Street. It was a mere disappointment, and will never order from here again.
