Quesada Burritos Tacos - Brantford

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I have a concern about the staff. One of the employees always has their AirPods in while serving customers, speaking on the phone as if it's perfectly normal. This behavior feels disrespectful and is quite off-putting. I urge the management to address this issue and ensure that their staff maintains a professional demeanor while at work. Customers deserve respect, and it’s important that employees provide attentive service.

The food is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. The only drawback is that the same commercials keep playing on TV repeatedly, which can be quite irritating.

This is the best burrito I've ever had! The ingredients were fresh, and there were plenty of vegan options available. The customer service was friendly, helpful, and outstanding! I can't wait to return the next time I’m in the Brantford area.

The first time to eat here and highly recommend. the lady who served us was amazingly made suggestions and went through the process. will surely come back!

I usually order Bean burrito and today Jinal recommended to Try Roasted veggie.... Both are my favorite now... Very fresh and healthy, every time store is really neat and staff is always smiling which invites me more often : I would highly recommend this place...great experience all together and kudos again to Jinal for great food prep always being so friendly :
