Taco Bell - Brantford

I have my order perfect, also the amount of extra sose great work will be back

Previously my favorite almost food place, now they can not only exchange the churros for the cinnamon fish that they cannot exchange for everything!

It's a taco bell you get the food you expect that's a good thing. As far as staff go every time I've been there service was fast and I have had no issues with my orders.staf was always polite and friendly. Since COVID, every time I've gone every one I've seen there is always wearing a mask. Overall this Taco Bell is above average for service at least for the time I've visited.

Store dirtier than a garbage dump, one clean looking table in the whole place. Tacos had almost no meat on two of them and when complained they turned and said that's how they come when mentioning that the other two had more meat than this on them(a acceptable amount) they said those tacos got extra also forgot to send out the fries with the order employees were quite rude, store also has had no nachos for about a week now which leads me to believe that they can't even run a Mexican restaurant well enough to keep nachos around in stock... I will not be returning to this taco bell location it is the worst one I have ever seen

I pull up to only see on menu the meals... one 7.99, one 8.99 and rest 9.99. Not value things listed one it's own. Order the cheapest cause fries spr. was 5 something alone. Came close to $9 for the meal. The taco was soupy and paper and taco was falling apart while eating and other fell out the bottom when I went to eat it. Fries where cold and not worth what I payed for the meal for sure. Wait time was 17 mins and 49 seconds timed. I got to parking lot next door and after waiting on them for that long and it's cold and one taco (Pic below) was eaten out the hole meal cause I wore the other?. Called in about it and still nothing back from anyone. I will gladly go to one in the mall for replacement meal as I do go there a far bit and never a problem.
