Arby's - Braselton

We have visited this Arby’s location multiple times in recent years, and the service has always been friendly, as well as typically quick and accurate. However, during my visit this evening, my order was slightly incorrect—I didn't receive one of my sandwiches—and the classic roast beef sandwiches didn’t ring up at the advertised price of 2 for $6. Despite these issues, the staff remained friendly, the restaurant looked clean, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Additionally, they accepted not just one but two coupons, which was quite helpful.

Y’all gave me mac and cheese that was ice cold. It was gross and glue-like. Everything else was fine though.

The service was prompt and friendly. The food was outstanding and prepared in no time.

I’ve eaten here about 3 or 4 times last year through the drive-thru, and each visit has been enjoyable. Tonight, I tried the chicken club wrap, and it was delicious and satisfying. The service is quick and friendly.

There were only 3 employees when I visited, but the workers were attentive and service was fast. The food was also fresh and hot. In any case, an efficient and hard-working Arby facility.
