There was a great selection of adult beverages available, along with a variety of entrée options, and the desserts were delightful. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment.
This is a fantastic brewery with competitive prices. The beer is quite good, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. Diana, in particular, is an incredible person who genuinely cares about her customers and the community. The brewery is still relatively new and hasn't fully ventured into more experimental brews yet, but they have a strong foundation to build upon. With their thoughtful approach, I hope to see them create some truly artful beers in the near future.
Upon arrival, we had the option of a 30-minute wait for a private table or immediate seating at a communal table. Given the busy day, we chose the latter. The upstairs area featured four long picnic-style tables, with wide open doors leading to an outdoor deck that had even more seating. This gave us a great view of the entire establishment. Our server was fantastic and provided helpful recommendations for both food and drinks. He was knowledgeable about the different IPAs they had but seemed less familiar with other competing brands. We decided on a 10 oz 'Love Magnet' beer based on his suggestion. It was a light, citrusy brew that was served ice cold — a perfect refreshment for a hot day. For our meals, we ordered the fish sandwich special of the day (serving it on a salad instead of rolls) and a grilled chicken patty melt instead of a traditional burger. While the fish was slightly frozen, it was quite delicious and complemented by some tasty homemade chips. The grilled chicken melt was outstanding — the kind of sandwich that sticks with you long after the meal is done. The portion of sidewinder fries was a bit on the small side, but overall, it was a great meal for just $14. Toward the end of our meal, a party of six joined our table, and there was plenty of space for everyone; it didn't feel cramped at all. I also appreciated the 'Hops for Heroes' program, where $5 from each beer sold is donated to the military branch of your choice — a great initiative! I definitely plan to return to explore more beers and try items from the appetizer menu.
Overall, it was a great experience at Braselton Brewing Company. We went for a quick meeting with a few friends and it was the perfect place. We ordered several appetizers and a few beer flights to have options. We really liked the Bretzel bites, but paired them with Marinara sauce instead of beer cheese (we eat vegetable). The Brussels spits were also amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only drawback we saw was the number of house flies that pestered us while sitting on an inner table. You also have a lot of outdoor seats that I might expect some pests.
I will admit when I posted a review over 2 years ago I stated they needed an opportunity for growth. I now can say that they have grown beyond my expectations!!! The menu offers a wide variety of outstanding meals, beers, and sides. What are my favs??? Patty Melt, chili cheese nachos, garlic cheese curds, oh and the BBQ is out of this world! They have a variety of beers they offer to not disappoint the beer snobs of this world including myself . The staff is wonderful and so is the service. They also have a Thursday Ladies Night, Music Bingo, and live music. The old cotton gin atmosphere is definitely different and a must go see on your visit to Braselton. Cheers! 10% discount to veterans and service members. Provide an ID
