Feedback gevenI ordered 2 orders, telling them that I would be paying with 2 different payments. They paid for both orders with my card. I had to tell them multiple times what I ordered. They also had to redo my drink. Very bad manners. I hate this because I buy from here a lot.
This Dunkin location has been pretty solid for me the past month or so. Kind people and quick service.
The coffee and donut was good but bless the girl at the window, she wasn't sure how to work the app (and I didn't know how to redeem either) so I paid $8 for what have cost me less than $4, and to top it off gave me the wrong donut! Glazed chocolate and frosted chocolate are 2 different things dear. Please train your a staff! Thank you!
Ordered a cold brew, was handed a large cup full of warm coffee. Weird.
Now, I LOVE Dunkin nearly all the time and everywhere, but this location needs to SERIOUSLY get their act together. Clearly, they are trying to discourage walk in orders because for months now, when I go in to order, I wait at the counter far too long only for someone to finally come over and say to me, Are you paying by cash or credit card? No, greetings whatsoever, and when I say, Credit card , they say, Sorry, but our credit card machine doesn 't work. You 'll have to order at the kiosk. Now, I have no issues with technology, but I HATE their kiosk. It is not user friendly at all, and I 'd rather talk to a human being. This is a customer service FAIL on all accounts. I won 't be returning to this location. They 've completely lost my business.
