The Provençal Shrimp dish I thought was lacking in presentation. The prawns were left on the plate anyway, they were not valued on the plate. The broccoli rice was overcooked and the flavor seemed like rice that wasn't fresh. The other dish, Sea Bass with plantain puree and salad, had very tasty fish and puree. The presentation was very good in the case of this dish, but the rice had the same old and soggy appearance as the other dish. The service in general was not as expected either. Most of the attendants, with the exception of one man, were on their cell phones and were not paying attention to customers' attempts to call them.
