Mcdonald's - Brassall

Terrible service. Mcmuffins were rock hard with no cheese and we were told they would re make them and bring them out. They forgot about us. 10 minutes later still waiting and had to park and go in and ask again. 10 minutes later finally got them and no apology Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

Tried to get a late night feed only to be told that the registers were down, only uber or menulog available, but I could wait till the issue was fixed but they'd already been waiting half hour so far, NOT GOOD SERVICE for a 24hr store Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service from start to finish was atrocious.After waiting for approximately 20 minutes for my order of 8 Cheeseburgers I was offered a Refund from the staff member who brought our order to the car she explained that she needed to check with her Manager and his response was that if they returned the order he would refund the sale. As the kids had already eaten them this was not possible. Attitude was to bad to sad . No we won’t be back Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: A$20–40 Service: 1
