Feedback gevenI recently ordered a meal at the drive-thru, and I have to say, the guy taking my order was so much fun! He was incredibly friendly and had such a positive attitude, even though it was 9 PM. I can only imagine he had been working all day with a shortage of staff. When I pulled up to pay, I felt compelled to meet the person who took my order, and I had the pleasure of meeting Aiden. He truly exemplified exceptional customer service. Aiden, it was great to meet you! Your upbeat demeanor and positivity will definitely take you far in life. Thanks for the laughs!
The food was tasty, but there was way too much ketchup and mustard; my first bite ended up splattering all over my bright pink hoodie. We just ordered regular burgers, but it felt like we were playing a prank on her with all the condiments!
I couldn't drive through because of the truck I was in. The BK was closed inside, but the staff were taking a break outside and kindly offered to take my order. Thank you for going above and beyond! Merry Christmas!
