Mocha Joe's Roasting Co. - Brattleboro

The service was fantastic, the recommendation was spot on, and the coffee was delicious! As someone from New Mexico, I will definitely be adding this coffee shop to our list for when we return to Vermont.

I always make it a point to visit this restaurant every time I'm in Brattleboro. The owner of the Inn we stayed at recommended their excellent coffee, made with freshly ground beans from Mocha Joe's. I typically go for an iced drink in the heat and a hot cappuccino when it's cooler. This time, I tried their iced mocha latte with oat milk and it was fantastic. They also offer delicious pastries; we enjoyed the raspberry almond bar.

The coffee at this restaurant tasted bitter and burnt, and the scones and pastries were also dry. Dunkin' Donuts does a better job.

Simply the most pleasant barista ever and a darn good house roast.

Highly recommend. Local spot. Kind of a throwback to the coffee houses of the 60s and 70s a little dark and dingy. But you can't beat their coffee!
