West Brattleboro Pizza

The sign outside advertised a two-slice and soda deal for $3.50, but when I went to order, I ended up paying $6.50 for the same deal. The pizza was decent, but the crust had a better flavor before. It looks the same, but it tastes more like generic pizza now.

If you're planning to order pizza, be sure to read the menu carefully. I usually order two large pizzas with one topping each to take advantage of a deal they advertise: two large pizzas with one topping for $19.75. However, they refused to honor that price this time unless I mentioned it myself. To make matters worse, the person on the phone was quite rude to me. If it's listed on the menu as a regular item without any special conditions attached, they should honor that price. I won’t be ordering from them again because of the poor way the situation was handled. If the person I spoke with wasn't the owner or manager, they might want to consider how their staff interacts with customers. I used to order from them regularly, but now I will not be returning.
