Waldcafe Forellenteich - Braunlage

In July 2020 we succeeded again to visit the beautiful resin. From the campsite Braunlage you can take beautiful hikes to nature. During one of these hikes we discovered the idyllic trout pond. The small restaurant and café can be reached on foot in about 15 Miuten. Selbiges arrives on the walk from the parking lot on the B 27 to the forest cafe. The small café/restaurant with several outdoor seating in the midst of the magnificent nature of the ponds offers a very limited menu. But what you can eat is a sign. Due to the good quality and quantity we were there several times in the following weeks. I was particularly impressed by the already submitted trout with lemon butter in baking paper and ample additions. I cleaned them there three times. Since my holder unfortunately reacts allergic to trout, he used the other choice. For the first time a huge carving with supplements that should not be treated. So grab a few leftovers that served for dinner again. As drinks there was a resin black beer and a water. For good purpose there is a witch as she is for brown, which was good for both us and for a decent espresso. Overall we had €52.70 for surprise. During the next visit my wife was satisfied with a curry sausage plus supplements (see photo). And now for review: Location: 5* friendliness of serving staff 5* cleanliness of tables and chairs in the outdoor area 5* quality of food 5*, unusual applies to the amount of interiors not seen At least for me is specified when we are back in the region Backforelle mandatory. An ideal place for the tired and hungry hiker.

The cheese cake is dreamy, is easily brought to the table warm. Good operation, not just the boss.

Super delicious cakes..very attentive and nice staff..we can only recommend it to anyone who is sometimes close.
