Buffalo Wild Wings - Brea

So I came here on a Thursday night with not a lot of foot traffic and was told to sit down! I waited 30 minutes and still no service! I asked the front host to get us a waiter and still nothing! When we finally get a waiter she asks us if we know what we want and didn’t even give us a menu and there was no QR code to scan! When the food finally came out it was cold. Such a dissatisfying experience from Buffalo Wild Wings. I see the reviews are consistent and actually match what others have said about this place

Very bad experience, they did not have staff for Spanish-speaking people, our English is not that good since we are still studying it, we had doubts about the menu, we asked for a second to order and the waitress looked at us badly, we asked for a person who will help us in Spanish and together with another fellow waiter they looked at us badly without giving us any attention and waiting for a long time we decided to leave.We know that it is our duty to know and learn the language here, but there are millions of people from different countries, mostly Spanish speakers, it is a matter of empathy and respect.Fatal experience.

Im very very disappoint foods.I waiting an houra for only 6pc wing and nothing celery and carrot and incorrect order for sauce.and this location has horrible service.never back again.

Always a great experience when dining here! The servers are quick to take orders and food comes out quickly and correct. The food comes out way better here! We like coming to this location the best!
