Feedback gevenOrder was 15 minutes passed time it was supposed to be ready. When I asked about my order she was very rude and wouldn't even tell me it was coming up. They put my order in the wrong spot, never called my name, and the food label wasn't viewable. I understand in the morning it is very busy, but when there are no customers at the counter to order the least you can do is answer a customer's question and check on their order. Learn some customer service. Food was cold and incorrect order. Sad thing is I pre-tipped.
My usual Iced blended Java chip. This location was clean, fast and service with a smile. Unfortunately they do not have a drive thru but the speedy service makes up for that. Thank you Starbucks employees for helping to make my Monday.
No one in line. Eye contact only. No helpful?be right with you? or ?can I help you?. 4people working. Finally, a courtesy nod! Ordered a Venti, cold press with ice and foam after waiting at register, inside, 8-10 minutes. Got a regular, no ice, no apology. No tip either.
A quiant location. Typical Starbucks experience. Friendly service with soothing ambient music. Outdoor seating available.
I know most people like their frappe drowned in syrup but i said a little extra and had more caramel than coffee didn't realize til I was on the freeway.
