9600 Kitchen - BRECKENRIDGE

I normally wouldn't leave a review, but since you asked, I found the food at this restaurant to be average. The initial service was satisfactory, but it took a while to flag down a server for an extra drink. Additionally, one of our menu items was forgotten until we reminded the server about it. When settling the bill, another server handled the transaction and included what seemed like a forced tip. Since there are better dining options in Breckenridge, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

There were fantastic comfort food choices available and the service we received was excellent!

That was the worst dinner I ever had. the drinks were slow, and the appetizers were never showed up. when the meal came out, one of the escaped did not make it on the table and no one checked for it for at least 15 minutes. Overall, eating was not good - until the point that no one ended their meal. the deserts were the best part of the meal.

We sat for 10 minutes and never had a single person come to our table. we landed and went up because it was so long and the people at the table next to us said they had a terrible experience and had waited 20 minutes to get their scary (which they ended up going to the bar so they could finally pay and go). there were many people who work and it is a small place, so there is really no reason that we should have been totally ignored or why the people beside us should have been. several waiters passed and no one has ever told us a word. Moreover, they had almost no gluten-free options and offered no substitutions, although they say they do online. big problem for our family celiac.

Don’t bother going. Service was slow and we were only the third seated table in the restaurant. The server couldn’t remember what we ordered and would forget to deliver drinks after they were sitting at the bar for really long time. The food was mediocre at best. The manager was trying hard but with a staff that moves slower than snails and doesn’t concentrate on properly waiting on a table-this place isn’t worth it. They couldn’t clear dishes or remove empty glasses.
