Carboy Winery Breckenridge

The wine selection is fantastic, and the snacks are absolutely delicious! I particularly loved the burrata and the curried cauliflower—they were outstanding! However, it's a shame that their online store doesn't offer all the wines available in the physical store. I would have bought a lot more to have delivered instead of trying to pack it into my bag for my flight.

We had a fantastic experience at Carboy Winery for two consecutive days during our stay! Both visits were part of our "mommy's afternoon out," and we absolutely loved this place! Maggie was amazing and took great care of us. We really enjoyed the wine and appetizers! We're already looking forward to making this an annual tradition!

We ordered some incredibly tasty appetizers and their finest rosé during happy hour. Our server, Maggie, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was super friendly, funny, and genuinely charming. We will definitely return for the great atmosphere and outstanding service!

Go for the wine (wine flights are great) but don't forget the food! The menu has gotten so good. The parmesan fries are to die for as are the deviled eggs. Terrific cheese charcuterie boards and more. I only wish we could shuffle some of the cheese and charcuterie items to build our own boards.

Wine is great but the food- the Food is spectacular!! The small plates are reasonably priced but the palette of flavors for each dish are perfectly balanced and addicting. We intended to only order two plates but ended up staying an extra hour and ordering 6 plates. The bison carpaccio is stellar and the creme brûlée with cherries is worth the drive up from Colorado Springs. We definitely plan on returning and bringing our friends and family here.
