Coppertop Bar Restaurant - BRECKENRIDGE

Really expensive for food that’s worse than what’s in the cafeteria below. Don’t waste your money on the food but the bar is fine.

I was disappointed with the "Nashville Hot" chicken sandwich, which turned out to be more like a budget version of a buffalo hot chicken sandwich. It seems like the person in charge here doesn't really understand what Nashville Hot chicken is supposed to be. On a positive note, my wife’s Mediterranean salad was excellent and more reasonably priced.

We always came here for lunch mid day last ski season and had the nachos. This year they are absolutely disgusting. They’ve switched it for low cost cheese and half the toppings from last year. Last week when we came, we sat for 15 minutes while the waiter kept walking past us, looking at us, and then kept walking. It was unbelievable. I miss the old restaurant feeling and food!

Excellent place to grab a beer and some French fries. Everything else we got was pretty terrible. The turkey pesto wraps had almost no pesto and the lettuce was wet. The spicy coconut ramen wasn't spicy and the flavor was off. The fries and beer were good and are always the safe bet at a ski resort. The service was good at least and hanging at the bottom of the mountain always makes for good atmosphere. I would go here again, but wouldn't order anything other than beer and French fries.

My only place to go and get a drink and a bit to eat.
