The Absinthe - BRECKENRIDGE

The highlight of this restaurant is the absinthe experience it offers. Our server, Hadley, was outstanding and kept us entertained throughout our visit. She provided us with expert recommendations on which drinks to sample. Prior to visiting, I had always assumed that absinthe would taste unpleasant, but I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors here. This is not your typical bar; it is a place for those who can appreciate high-quality liquor. The only individuals who seem to have negative comments about this establishment and its prices are those who are unfamiliar with the experience it offers.

We decided to try absinthe after a disastrous Dungeons and Dragons session where our tank got too drunk on absinthe and nearly died. The atmosphere at the restaurant is amazing. You feel like you are stepping into a place where you will be enchanted by spirits. Hadley did a fantastic job surprising us with a shot and serving our glasses of absinthe. She introduced us to "Timothy" before preparing our drinks in a meticulously crafted setup. It was an incredible experience with amazing flavors. We will definitely be returning, 10/10.

We specifically came to this restaurant for the dive bar atmosphere, and we were not let down. Hadley is definitely the top bartender in the city. She took the time to educate us on their Absinthe collection and recommended drinks based on our preferences. The bar itself is great, but Hadley is truly the standout.

This was our first time at an absinthe bar and it was an incredible experience. Our waitress was very friendly and personable and really made us feel at home. I cannot rate this high enough and recomend anyone considering the trip to do it!

Hit the couches on a late Sunday afternoon and let Ian hook you up throughout the eve. If he has time to take, he will take it with you. Extremely knowledgeable of the wide variety of Absinthe available from all around the world. His drink presentation was incredible. His pours were perfect. The venue is super chill and had great music.
