The Dredge - BRECKENRIDGE

We requested to be moved to the first floor because the noise on the second floor made conversation difficult. Our server was very attentive and charming. The salmon was well-prepared, but the burger was average—cooked to the right temperature, but lacking in flavor. The prices are on the high side considering the quality of the food, and the restaurant could really use a significant renovation as it looks quite worn out.

The staff was excellent. We had a reservation for 7:15, but arrived early and were seated right away. Our waitress was very friendly, and our food was served quickly. I thought the meal was good, although it could have used a bit more seasoning.

This unique restaurant is situated in a fantastic location. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, providing attentive service. We enjoyed our visit, although the menu was somewhat limited. Overall, I would recommend it for its great ambiance and family-friendly atmosphere.

Our group of 5 started off with drinks at the bar. I had the original and was happy with it! Once our table was ready, we ordered the artichoke dip. It was not anything special. Especially in comparison to what we had at the Blue Stag. Service was mediocre at best. My steak was WAY over cooked and because the waitress was pretty inattentive everyone else at our table was 3/4 of the way done with there meal. I would not recommend the food or dining experience. Cool place to get a drink!

Setting is in a boat, which is the coolest part of this restaurant. The food is akin to dive bar food. Nothing special, but high cost. Recommend for drinks and atmosphere.
