We were so unnerved that we avoid ordering dessert and coffee to be able to move forward and unlock the situation. Finding a seat was a titanic enterprise: there was no single clean table! There were only dirty tables, full of crumbs and wet. And in the hour we were there we never saw anyone clean up. As we've never seen heavy chairs like those and when they were moved they made a hell of a noise. We would like to get up every time to go fill the glass. The counter on which the beverage distributors were arranged were literally filthy and having two glasses to fill I did not know where to rest the first, just filled. Not to mention that the water was frozen, stuff to be found with a deadly stomachache. Never again this fast food chain, much better to go from the competition, where at least order three sandwiches and three packs of chips is much easier thanks to good old human contact with the staff behind the counter.
I just took advantage of the takeaway service. I realized I paid a bottle of water instead of a medium coke. As soon as the bag is delivered I kindly ask to replace the product not required by paying the difference.
