Outback Steakhouse - Bremerton

One of my favorite restaurants and only chain type I go to. I'm sitting in the bar and always got a great service, tonight was no take.

Our waiter was gail and she was very nice and patient with us who decided what we wanted. it was my birthday when we left, so I expected nothing less than ingenious with them. my man and I enjoyed our meal, as well as the service. I have enjoyed my day in any case.

Service was great. was careful after I had seen others critiken. our bartender was very friendly and attentive, eating came in a reasonable time and tasted good. Actually, the best experience I've ever had at an outback. only knocked it was quite expensive. $100 for both of us to eat and drink.

The steak ai ordered was good, the sides were okay. A bit pricey for the serving size. But the service was terrible.

The food is great but the service always lacks. Try greeting your guests with a gesture or hello instead of making them feel like they are an inconvenience while they wait. So many times we have tried and still the same result. I don't blame the staff and instead blame the management for not training the staff to have a sense of urgency. Sorry Outback but you could be so much better! For the record I worked at an Outback years ago so I guess I just know what your capabilities are. Good luck!
