Fortune Tea - Brenham

The atmosphere and service is great. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea and it just seemed a little watered down. Also, they were out of tapioca (boba), so they gave me popping boba, they didn't give me an option on what flavour of popping boba so they just gave me grape flavour.

If you 're ordering online for boba drinks, don 't. Go in person.Their response to the options we chose when we went to pick it up was we don 't have genmaicha and you must 've been on another place 's website (we were on theirs) and that they only had four of the boba/jelly options that were listed on their ordering website and in their menus on their site directly.The boba teas we got were good though. But apparently there aren 't actually any options like grass jelly or basil seeds.

Drinks are subpar at best. Had the Taro Milk tea with black boba and it tasted like water. The lady brings out my drinks and says she made it less sweet for me. I asked her why bc I wanted it normal. She said she heard me ask if another tea was sweet and decided to make it less sweet for me. I told her no I wanted normal, how they originally make it and they acted like they had no idea what I meant so I paid almost $14 for 2 teas that taste like glorified water. If you want good fortune and tea, do yourself a favor skip this place!

I paid $5.25 for a cup of ice. The coffee is definitely less than 3oz….this is the worst coffee I’ve ever had, so as well the worst customer service.
