Despite a notice on the door asking patrons to leave quietly and not disturb residents, it seems that they do not actually care about their neighbors. It is best to avoid dining at such establishments.
We almost missed this restaurant, but we were glad we didn't. The food was delicious and they had a wide variety on the menu. We ordered pork schnitzel, sea bass, chicken wings stroganoff, all of which were freshly cooked and served with potatoes, chips, or salad. Our waitress, Alexandra, was very friendly and accommodating. Another table ordered the mixed grill meze which looked amazing, and I wished I had ordered that instead. Overall, a fantastic surprise find. I highly recommend it.
Avoid at all costs. Not worth the price , food was not impressive , low staff and very Bad service. When asked for a coffee, I have Been declined due to low staff?!?
I’ve tried to call them several times and never answered the phone. They might have good food but they won’t give us the chance to taste it.
After a long days travel from Manchester using public transport and Virgin Trains, we were in need of somewhere to eat. We trawled up High Road and settled on this restaurant as the owners and staff were welcoming. I have never eaten Romanian food so I was looking to cut another notch on the old wooden spoon. The waiter was very knowledgeable and helped us choose our meal explaining what was in it and how it was cooked. I chose the pork feast with sauteed mushroom and country potatoes. My wife chose the chicken in a white creamy wine sauce. Both meals came within 10 minutes of order and were excellent. Good preparation displayed well and hot. There was so much on our plates that we both struggled to finish. We didn't have any alcohol but had a coke each and the whole bill came to £27. Very reasonable, very well cooked and the staff were delightful.
