Super Wok - Brent

Absolutely appalling customer service! I ordered some food for collection today, went to collect it with my mum and three young children and was verbally abused by the delivery driver who became abusive outside the shop for a reason I am yet to discover???? He yelled ‘fxxx off you fat bxxxx’ whilst driving away?! Cowardly much? I doubt he would like if someone spoke to his mother or sister like this!? And to make it worse, I’m heavily pregnant, became quite upset so went into the shop to report this to the workers in the shop and NOTHING was done!!Not only am I completely appalled by this but I now have three VERY VERY upset children!!!I will be reporting superwok to the appropriate authorities unless action is taken immediately. I have been a VERY loyal customer for years and I am very very disappointed in superwok for employing such horrible, abusive people.

Hi Super wok is my local Chinese takeaway but they have 2 tables inside too. Food good but not enough meat or seafood in the dish. Superwok chowmain very good taste but not enough meat seafood .

Before this restaurant was great....now you just waste your money on cold no taste food and late deliveries!

For the price this was brilliant, would use them again and they delivered very very fast, much better than most around here

I personally felt that if I did not leave a honest review on here then many of you would make the same mistake I did. I read the reviews and thought why not. Not only was the delivery delayed by 30 mins with no courtesy call but when the food did arrive the driver tried to charge me delivery which is not noted anywhere. When I did finally eat the food I was extremely underwhelmed, probably one of the worst meals I have had in a very long time. Their chicken fried rice was hard and tasteless, the special chow mein was lacking key ingredients (it was mainly beansprouts and noodles. Sweet and sour prawn balls were soggy and had a funny taste and I don't even know where to begin with the three free complimentary chicken wings! If you are fortunate enough to have money to waste then please be my guest and order from here!
