Atm Dunkin Donuts 759 Suffolk

Just left this stinking dunkin' donuts just wanted to tell the girl i got grinds in my coffee last time short girl named kily or kat or whatever katy i dgaf but ooooo her attitude was to look at her friend n start laughing that i was complaining . and literally ignored me while she's laughing at her friend like im telling you now if u do not speak spanish do not come to brentwood or central islip they hate americans because we dont speak spanish thuw gove u attitude talk **** in spanish in front of other customers just a disgusting attitude

I live here near the Dunking Donuts, but it is very sad that one is happy in the morning and these young people are there as if they don't want to work, they're always in a bad mood since the one who makes the coffee to the one who does the bagel.Everything I'm thrown out as if I don't want you to go there and buy it again.

The worst Dunkin Donuts since opened! The staff is RUDE and unprofessional. I went in to order a dozen donuts I asked ANNA the cashier to please select a variety I noticed she seemed lazy not happy with a miserable expression on her face. I noticed her throwing the donuts it the box and giving me the same donut repetitively when I had just asked for variety! So I asked her if she had given me repetitive donuts and she said no. I opened the box in front of her she had lied, So I asked her to please swap some out.She didn't like that! She bécame nastier and started throwing donuts back onto the shelf. I asked her why the attitude she didn't reply. Rolled her eyes and walked away.! I asked to speak to a manager and her co worker said why don't you just get out of here! I asked him for the managers name and he said there's no one here to speak with you Just get out. I usually don't come to this Dunkin' Donuts. Due to poor service and unprofessional behavior. This is not the first time it's either my order is incorrect or poor service! Once/Twice Done! This Dunking is located 786 SUFFOLK AVE BRENTWOOD NY 11717. Customer is just as important without them they wouldn't exist.

Very friendly when you walk in, always great service, Drinks always come out like I want and Pedro is the man! He treats customers with the upmost respect, The best DKN so far. Keep up the good work.

Since they moved location this place has decayed. Yes, I am not one to knock on a service business however, when an establishment loses focus, it must be brought to the attention of the consumers and the owners! I visit this location several times a week since they move and the service and attention has fallen. The coffee is bitter. On my last and final visit, I placed an order. It was completely wrong. I drove back to get it corrected, no one was inspired to help! My order was not only wrong it was shorten by two payed items. The corrected two of the items but I still leaved with two items short. It appeared to me, I was interrupting them. I won't return to this location. There are several coffee options in the area with far better service, America might run on dunkin but brentwood demands service!
