Big Taste - Brentwood

This morning I walked into my local restaurant. The gentleman at the registered has the only attitude. I been going here for years and never had a issue. This gentleman decides to talk to me like I'm a child. I believe even children deserve respect. I went up the block to suffolk avenue and I'm please. I work way too hard for my money to be spending it anywhere with people that have no respect for customer. The owner or the gentleman that in the back cooking is cool and the female employees are also ok but the gentleman in the front omg . He needs to be trained the right way. Politely greeting and acknowledging customers for start he definitely needs 101 training on that.

Take the brown stew chicken, for example; the gravy is almost black instead of the rich brown it should be – after all, it’s called brown stew chicken, not black stew chicken. It seems they've added too much browning sauce. The curry chicken was overcooked, and the fried fish was too greasy. As for the beef patty, it doesn’t just contain meat; it seems to be mixed with something else entirely. Plus, they tend to skimp on portions. There’s a new restaurant on Suffolk that’s a little better, but it’s not a huge improvement.
